Open Plan › Crew in the event. Define the positions and times you need, then assign people to shifts. Check times and coverage before the event.

Everyday tasks

You can invite crew directly for last-minute help. Accounts and shifts are optional for these invitations. When event times change, review the shifts too: they do not move automatically. Review recorded hours after the event.
